Tongue was a South Carolina industrial project formed by Ed Baker (programming, vocals, start button) and Scott Kenneally (guitars, vocals). Performing primarily throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia, the band was part of the Southeast’s mid-1990s underground industrial scene.
